Service was administered professionally and timely. Rugs look clean. The person cleaning was professional,articulate and explained the process.

The service was VERY easy to schedule (online) and was confirmed immediately thereafter on the phone. I was able to book one day and have the cleaning done the next. The technician arrived on time and was in and out, cleaning 3 rooms and one large oriental rug in less than 2 hours. The carpets were dry and looked like new (!) in less than 6 hours. I am very pleased with the service and would definitely recommend Zerorez to anyone.

Friendly, professional, and knowledgable technician. Daniel answered our questions and provided solutions for our stained carpet. He spent the time necessary to insure that our carpets were clean. Except for when they were brand new, our carpets never looked better. We will use Zerorez again and we would like Daniel as our technician when we do.

I had told him I just replace a linen sofa because of a stain and he told me he could protect it for me. I scheduled immediately and now feel safe knowing my investment is now protected for life. Love there are no toxins or harmful chemicals used in your cleaning treatment. I have one kid and another on the way, and have been using Zerorez for three years now to clean my carpets. They are fast, friendly, and do a great job.

I thought the carpet was a total loss due to stains from spilled drinks, new puppy, and dirt from our shoes in the traffic pattern. I was totally blown away when Chris finished. I would highly recommend their service.

I love the water based, safe products, and Chris was amazing and went above and beyond! Even though I had tire trouble and couldn't be home while he was there, he came back and forth to the tire shop to talk with me about things. I will definitely use zerorez again!

Last year I used Zerorez for my tile and was extremely pleased with the results. Zerorez just cleaned my carpets and I am again extremely pleased with the results. Having inside animals this was no easy job. My technician Jason was courteous and did a fabulous job coming up with a solution for a problem area I had. Not only is my carpet clean, it smells good and fells like it did when it was first put down. I would recommend anyone that wants good service and clean carpets and tile to use Zerorez.
