The team did an excellent job in cleaning our tile. It looked almost new. They were very knowledgeable about the company and the products. They could not seal the floor while they were here due to not having enough sealer.
The next day another team member came to seal the tile but did not because several tiles still had very black grout. He suggested that someone come to work on those tiles and seal the floor.
Unfortunately the last team member that came was not as effective and was very negative about trying to clean the remaining grout.
He sealed the floor and left.
So disappointed with the last visit.
However, the first 3 people did a great job and showed great customer service skills.
We will definitely call Zerorez again

I like how quick the techs are and how careful they are in cleaning the carpets. I also like the product and how quickly it dries and is safe for my pets.

Chris is a great representative for Zerorez. I don't think I have ever had a person in my home that was so diligent in doing a good job. He believed in his products and the proof is in the results. I could not believe he got our stairs completely clean. Also, I added the pet stain remover and it really worked! My carpet is not new, but it really looks great now! Make sure you keep Chris around. He is a tremendous asset to your company.

The two technicians, Alex and Dave, arrived promptly, introduced themselves and asked for a tour of the area we wanted cleaned. They explained the system and the advantages and began to vacuum the areas and spray the carpet. When I said the job was to include vacuuming all the upholstered furniture, it became obvious there was a misunderstanding between myself and the representative on the phone about the scope of the work. Dave quickly showed me the standard prices and we agreed upon a fair price. They did a wonderful job on the furniture, much better than I could ever do.

Cleaning the carpet was done efficiently and our 13 year old carpet looks like it still has a little life in it.

The entire experience from start to finish was very pleasant and the courtesy extended by Alex and David was exemplary.

For some reason the scheduled time was not able to be met, some confusion with the scheduling people, but spoke to the GM and all was taken care of. The tech Chris was great, did a fantastic job, and was very helpful and informative. We were definitely happy with the results.

The man who came was professional and very well versed on the company and the product. My carpets look much better and he educated me about proper care of my carpets and hardwood floors.
