He treated our home as if it was his own taking the time to place padded guards around the walls to avoid damage. The Zerorez guys arrived on time, they were polite, and explained everything to us. They worked quickly and did a great job cleaning our carpets.We have a large dog that sleeps in our bedroom every night, and Zerorez got the dog smell out! We will definitely use them again.

Mr. Kevin explained all services and fees very well. There were a few pieces of furniture I could not move out of the room, He shifted those out rand the room and protected them by placing plastic squares under the feet, these worked well. Thank-you Zerorez
