Shawn is the Zerorez tech that came to our house to clean the carpets. He was very professional and personable. He explained everything that would be done and asked if I had any special areas of concern or wanted pet stain treatment. I showed him the areas of my concerns and he went right to work. He was quick, but very thorough. I am very pleased with how our carpets look, but even more important, I am very pleased at how they smell. The rooms smell fresh and clean. It's been a long time since they smelted that way. I had 3 bedrooms and a hall cleaned. Worth the cost. Thanks Zerorez. First name removed.

Just all around a great carpet service!

The courtesy call in advance of our scheduled appointment was very nice. (It was also the tech that would be coming to the house who introduced himself on the call instead of a reception just marking a name of the list.)

Our service tech was on time and friendly. He explained the cleaning procedure in detail and answered questions that I brought to him.

The service was incredible and the carpet looks great. There were a lot of dark deep stains from an elderly dog which I thought would never come out but the carpet looked new. Would highly recommend and will definitely use this Zerorez again.
