Good job cleaning my mom's carpet; most stains were removed, but since it's beige and 20 years old, some of the stains in the living room are mildly visible. Spoke with the technician who cleaned it and discussed the reasons why the stains didn't come out completely. Other than that, the carpet looks fresh and clean.....especially the stairs......they were probably the worst. Thanks for a good job done in a timely manner!
