Unfortunately this last time, we had some challenges with the service (delayed arrival time, partial cleaning with return visit required) but the manager resolved the issue and left us feeling pleased with the way it was handled. We will use Zerorez again.

Fast, great service, great clean!

No chemicals! Guys called me ahead of time and showed up early. They were very efficient and did the work quickly. They also protected corners. The carpets look great and the price was exactly as advertised. They also used s black light to find stains that were not visible and offered extra treatment for those. I declined. Carpets still look good

Clean with no residue

They called 30 minutes ahead. Arrival time range was 8-10 and he was there at 9. The tech notion made suggestions but never pressured us. Service was great. Gave us follow-up instructions. Would recommend without hesitation.

Technicians were on time and courteous, as knowledgeable about the carpet cleaning process.

Cleaners were prompt, thorough, careful yet completed job quickly.
My only complaint is the person who called to confirm appointment did not clarify that the 3 room deal did not include bedroom closets. I did not have a hallway so they did not charge extra, however closet should be considered in the room unless it exceeds square footage limit.

The tech is polite and professional. The carpets are clean and not soaking wet when they finish. It is completely dry in 3-4 hours. You can walk on it immediately with no worry.
