The cleaner was careful and did not try to overestimate our cleaning needs. I asked for pet odor treatment, but he only found one urine spot. So, he recommended not spending the extra money and just doing a regular cleaning. I really appreciated that!

I think your service was amazing. Alexander & Justin did a great job. They explained everything, worked efficiently and left my floors cleaned up with now water residue. All of my area rugs look great, smell great and feel wonder under my barefeet.

We have used Zerorez several times in the past and appreciate how meticulous and professional the service has been. The cleaning has always been to our satisfaction. Unfortunately this last time, we had some challenges with the service (delayed arrival time, partial cleaning with return visit required) but the manager resolved the issue and left us feeling pleased with the way it was handled. We will use Zerorez again.

Fast, great service, great clean!
No chemicals! Guys called me ahead of time and showed up early. They were very efficient and did the work quickly. They also protected corners. The carpets look great and the price was exactly as advertised. They also used s black light to find stains that were not visible and offered extra treatment for those. I declined. Carpets still look good

Clean with no residue
Our carpeting looks brand new and stays that way for a long time. Other Carpet cleaners have left out carpets looking good for a month or two but, they pretty soon started looking worn and shabby. The Zerorez folk are always very polite and and eager to explain all details to you. We have made numerous referrals of Zerorez to our friends and neighbors and everyone has been as pleased as we have been.
We have used Zerorez for carpeting, oriental rugs, overstuffed furniture and central heating and air ducts. They have always exceeded our expectations!!
