we love your services and very friendly employees, this is our 3rd time using Zerorez and we will use again next year or sooner if needed. The work is done correctly, speedy and the drying time is amazing. We have used other cleaners and the carpet is soaked, house smells and your carpet looks dirty in a couple of days.... Charles came out earlier this week, in response to a desperation call from me because I had spilled a glass full of blueberry smoothie on our white carpet. I found a carpet cleaner who came out before him but he was unable to get the stain out. Charles came out the next morning and applied a stain remover that was like MAGIC. He was able to get the entire purple area back to normal. Charles was very efficient and very nice to deal with. Thanks for restoring the carpet so I don't have to replace it. You guys are great!!!
