My carpets look almost brand new - that’s remarkable for carpets at least 6 years old with pets on them. No odor from the carpets or cleaning. The technicians were so professional, polite, and helpful. If this is typical of Zerorez, I’ll never use anyone else !!!!!
Service technician Jase was professional, helpful and a pleasure to do business with. On November 8, I had carpets cleaned by a hard-working tech (can't remember his name) and a manager (Chris, I believe) that was there to observe. I overhead interaction between the 2 and Chris seemed to chastise the tech for not doing something a certain way. I don't think this should be done openly as it humiliates the tech and makes the manager appear pompous.

Also impressive is the minimum dry time after the cleaning process is completed. As I told Alex, I originally heard about your service on the Dave Ramsey program and I respect his views.

My technician called to ask if he could come a bit earlier than scheduled, that worked perfectly for me. He did a great job, he pretreated the carpets to remove some stains. He did a great job cleaning especially on our stairs. I will definitely use Zerorez again.
Alex was awesome. He is a great guy and he explained everything clearly and made it understandable. The carpets look great! We also loved how Alex used the protective measures to protect our cabinets etc.

Alexander was great. It started as he did an initial walk through with me to the areas that were to be cleaned. He pretreated the stains and areas that I had concern with. He put up corner guards to protect the woodwork and then went to work. He placed fans in the areas when finished to aid in the drying. Alexander was professional and courteous.Alexander was not satisfied until we had walk the rooms together and to make sure that I was happy with the results. My carpets are 15 years old and they look brand new. I love zerorez and will continue to be a customer and recommend them to anyone who needs their carpets cleaned.

The service guy was very nice and very knowledgeable.However, I was not informed when I called for the appointment that they would not be disinfecting the duct work. The service guy apologized and said that I could get it done for an additional 10 dollars per duct. It was already quite expensive just to have the ducts vacuumed out.
