The service is so great!! Charles was processional, knowledgeable, and friendly! He cleaned my apartment carpets in about 40 minutes and I loved the results! The best thing I love about zerorez is that no soap is used which would just attract more dirt in the long run! I highly highly recommend zerorez!!!

The technician provides you with a phone call to give you his estimated time of arrival for service. The technician was courteous and reviewed area to be cleaned. Was respective of house by wearing slip covers over his shoes upon entering. Carpet looked much better after cleaning.

Very happy with the job and the place smells great.
I think they oversold my Mother and would have liked to have been present but we are very happy with the results.
Sad part, it rained on the day I moved and now the stairs are dirty again.
But overall we are very pleased.

The carpets look almost brand new after a cleaning. We have a dog and children so the carpets can get some pretty tough stains. Zerorez usually gets them out
