First of all, I liked your price of $99 for 3 rooms and a hallway. Very reasonable!!! Zerorez made out also, because you only had to clean about 500 sq ft, give or take, and it only took about 45 min., because of furniture, clutter, and non-carpeted areas. Secondly, Charles did a GREAT, PROFESSIONAL job. He was on-time and courteous, and thorough. Thirdly, my carpets look GREAT and LIKE-NEW. This is the second time for me and REZ. I will definitely use you again, and I want CHARLES to be my tech...

My expectations were far exceeded by the results. Carpets are “new like” again. My sofa, love seat and chair were on the way out due to being so dingy but decided to give it a cleaning just in case and wow! Sofa, loveseat and chair look brand new all over again.
