I do not like the set up of your web page that does not alloe me to put in rug measurements. While my internet quote was $110, the in person quote was $312. Ridiculous.
The technician provides you with a phone call to give you his estimated time of arrival for service. The technician was courteous and reviewed area to be cleaned. Was respective of house by wearing slip covers over his shoes upon entering. Carpet looked much better after cleaning.
