You have improved immensely with schedule and some communication since my last email. Still room for improvement in scheduling and communication of scheduling .but care from nurses in home is always exceptional from Joddi, Kavita, Eden, Verna, Susan and Kimberly. They make my life and families easier.

Appreciate it a lot for your professional job
Every single person you sent to help us, was 100% professional, extremely pleasant / friendly, and more than happy to do whatever the job required. After the initial scheduling changes, we are hoping that we can keep at least the three ladies we have now, as PERMANENT care-givers, and not have to keep phoning when alternates keep popping up on the eMailed schedules.

The girls are very pleasant and on time. Would like to have a permanent schedule but it is working so far.
Love everything about what NND has to offer, however it is very costly and not much room for flexibility in hours of service.
The nurse that comes is very knowledgeable and informative. She is keeping my husband out of the hospital!
