I had great need for your services. There were some services that others do not provide. However, for unfortunate reasons in my past, I would not have been able to put such funds in place for the services, & have been fortunate that my daughter could. It is expensive, but I understand why/ in recommending the 'Nurse Next Door' I would want to make sure the person I spoke to could afford it. I have been so fortunate to have your services & as I expect both our goals have been to work to my eventual independence! Farideh has been exceptional in this role, always positive & a special sensitivity to her clients needs. 'SO MUCH THANKS' to her!

Both my husband and I are very pleased on care aid Marithez Sayson caregiving works.

My care giver Anne would rate a 10 but with the changes NND Vancouver, it has been rather confusing.

The front line staff are amazing. Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and punctual.

The nurses next store sent a good associate to help me with the transportation I needed from my procedure ride home

Kate was very reliable, always on time. Very friendly and personable. Always made sure my husband was comfortable. Very happy with her work.

Sometimes the nurses rushes with our grandmother and try to leave as quickly as possible. Which leads to her being scared. Also, they don’t clean such as flush the toilet or change out the washroom garbage.

The nurse care aid was excellent.
