Mom loves her Nurse Next Door caregiver. They have fun together and mom looks forward to her visits. I am totally confident leaving the house when mom is with her
The assistance that I require for now has been done very well received by me-the staff are very professional, helpful and answer questions that I ask and if in time I require more assistance I’m pretty sure I will request it from Nurse Next Door unless something unforeseen happens
I have always had a fantastic experiences with Nurse Next Door . My recent assigned Nurse was very attentive , professional and kind . I also really enjoyed her company and appreciated her assistance very much . I am grateful that Nurse Next Door has high standards and follows strict policies for hiring professionals it makes me feel very secure and safe as a repeat patient .

Some of the newly immigrant workers have poor english speaking skills
There is a need to do work shops.
Eg. Learn the basic colours.

Shoes... one worker didn't know what I was talking about. And replied...Oh feet!
Place the spray bottle on the desk. He puts it on the bed shelve. I said...Hey buddy...this is a desk,
Can you bring me a pot from the kitchen...He's gone for five minutes. And say's I cannnot find it. I say...it is one the stove element.

Before Nurse Next Door my aunt had VCH Home Care which we really thought was good. She got to like the care workers a lot. I was really hesitant and against the change. But accepted it because it was going to be 24 hours care, which my aunt needed.
The service and help we receive from the Nurse Next Door changed my mind. All the caregivers are very good at their job. But the exceptional ones like Filipinas, make the experience with Nurse Next Door even better. She went above and beyond my expectations.
I was concerned at first with the multiple care workers going to my aunts place was going to be a mess. But, after 3 weeks of them there I visited my aunt's place. I was so dumbfounded and shocked when I saw the place so clean. Filipinas had clean the toilet, bathroom, and kitchen. Even the floor was clean. I was very astonished and thrilled of her initiative.

Both Sara and Erik were phenomenal; my executive was incredibly appreciative of their support after his medical procedure. We would absolutely use their services again.
Also, the team at was very kind coordinating with me and answering my many many questions. I felt confident and informed during the whole process and was able to pass that clarity on to my executive.
THe nurses are very helpful and reliable and we appreciate their kindness and caring.

Great care
Fortunately my wife’s post surgery went much better then expected so my 48 hours of booked nursing coverage wasn’t fully required, However, if she really did need it, your failure to cover 17 hours would have been a huge problem for us. Both of your nurses were very good and attentive.
Nurse Next Door has been a gift to my mom. She loves her caregiver and looks forward to the time they spend together. I am so happy that mom is so well taken care of and that I can relax when she is with her caregiver.
