Very friendly staff, and Sadie (french bulldog) LOVES to play with all of her little furry friend every Friday! She knows when its Friday, and gets SO excited. We LOVE Dogtopia! :)

The staff is extremely friendly and sincerely cares about our dog. I love that they have a 3rd room now to put the small dogs in as ours is only 11 pounds and the romper was a little to rough for her.

Personal attention and the staff knowing who my dog is. Letting me know how she did when she was there. She seems to love to go there, so it gives me a good feeling dropping her off. Wish the web cam worked better. The enhanced viewer does not work so it is really difficult to see what the dogs are up to because the quality is to poor and far off.

my dog gets excited to go, unlike other daycares
I really like the staff at Dogtopia. They are very caring towards the animals and friendly. Although there has been of late a big change in staff. So just getting to know everybody again. As a healthcare professional I'm disappointed in the change in the hours. For those that have to be at work by 630 in the morning it is no longer feasible. But my husband thankfully is able to do the drop off now that he is no longer traveling. If I was a single person those hours would not work at all for me. And then there's people that have to work weekends as well.
I am pleased to see all the renovations on the property and I think that that will make it for a much nicer facility. I look forward to seeing the outdoor area renovated as well. Lastly I have always loved the fact that the staff there are know all of the dogs names and many of their parents names as well. You guys do a great job.

It's very personal. Everyone knows my dog's name and are so friendly.
I love that this is a one stop shop place for my dog. She can play, relax, and I can also get her groomed while I'm out of town or at work. I love that my dog loves this place. She gets so excited when we pull up and she comes home exhausted from playing all day so we get a free evening.
