Stuff very friendly

I've only been to Dogtopia once, to tour the facility. Everything was updated and exceptionally clean, very spa-like. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming (to me and my puppy). As a result, I decided to board her for a few days while on vacation. I researched many places and toured 3 facilities and Dogtopia gave a wonderful first impression. I'm sure my puppy will be very well taken care of. Thank you.

Very flexible daycare, you accommodate 1/2 day, full day, and overnight stays with equal importance. The staff is most often very nice and appreciative of the customers, they know many of he dogs by name and demonstrate a caring attitude toward our pets.

Out dog was diagnosed with cancer right before one of her stays and then had a relapse before her next stay. Both times we had to cancel and not only did you guys not make us pay a penalty or feel even worse about the situation, you called to follow up to see how she was doing. I can't tell you how much your compassion meant to us. You'll have customers in us for as long as we live here.

Staff committed to animal care. All the dogs are excited to be there. They keep the place clean. Manager Christina has been there for a long time and knows how to keep the place organized.

Flexibility in bringing Siegfried in for just a half a day from 7 till 12. It gives him the opportunity for exerscise and interact with other dogs.

Everyone at Dogtopia Highlands Ranch is amazing! They are so great with the dogs, always pleasant, and the hours of operation work with my schedule and needs. Plus, Breck has the best time there, and the facility is always clean and well cared for. Thanks so much for everything! We will be a customer for years to come.

The Staff....Plus my dog Cooper loves going there. I overnight on occasions and I feel Cooper is safe and comfortable.

We like that our dog can play all day and that pick up can be as late as 9 pm. We also like the onsite grooming. Prices are reasonable.

Our dog Bentley has attended daycare regularly and also had borded multiple times with Dogtopia in Highlands ranch. He was about 6 months old when he started attending and he has flourished since then he is now a little over a year. We love the staff they show love for Bentley and we couldn't ask for anything more. We also love getting report cards and pictures from his stays here and there. The staff is Bentley's second family and we love them.
