24/7 onsite care, cameras in the dog areas, flexible pickup and drop off times, inside and outside play areas, interaction with other dogs throughout the day, individual crates for eating and sleeping.
I like the overall concept. I like that your employees get to know the dogs. Your employees are always very friendly and polite. I appreciate that Sue and Christina know my pups and know their behaviors, and don't mind all my questions. I always push for updates on how they interact and play. "Are there any things I need to know?" I miss some folks that have left recently (Shawn and Jeremy specifically). I do sometimes have concerns with the number of dogs that are together at one time. My only other "con" so to speak is the change in hours. It was such a convenience to be able to drop off early and pick up later than now allowed. I am sure the changes are budget related, but I really loved the fact that if we flew in later in the evening from being away we could still pick up the dogs (always by 6amish and before 9ishpm). I hate coming home to an empty house or having to drop them off the night before because we don't have time to drop off before heading to the airport. But all in, thanks for the service and taking care of my 4 legged kids.

Dogtopia provides a clean, fun environment and Emmett literally can't wait to get out of the car and run inside. I do wish we could drop off at 6:30am though!

I feel good about leaving Gracie in a secure and caring environment for the day. The price is affordable and it's usually easy to reserve a day. I appreciate the staff comes outside to pick up the dog and bring them in...makes that transition easier (don't know if this is offered during the winter ;)
