I like that the dogs all get to play all the time.the doggie cam is great. Jax loves it outside so it is nice to know he gets to roam and play while we are at work. love the long hours and ease of boarding.

Dogtopia is our dog's home away from home. He's always so excited for his daycare days! But it's the staff that we're most pleased with at Dogtopia. Every staff member is friendly, great with dogs and treat our dog and us with care, respect and genuine gratitude! I love the little perks of "report cards", pictures of our dog and treats and discounts. We love Dogtopia and highly recommend them for dog daycare or boarding.

Absolutely love your staff. So professional and so friendly and so caring about all the pets. Really feel like my dog is looked after well. And especially love the flexibility of the hours for those of us were in the medical profession. Love being able to drop him off at six in the morning and pick up at eight at night.

I love how kind all of the staff are and I never have to worry when I need to take my dog for daycare because he always comes back happy and exausted so I know he had a great time

I love the hours you are open, I wish weekends they had longer play time, but understand.

Dogotpia offers supervised play time for our labs which is great!! They have video cameras so we can check in our dogs while we are out of town. They are very organized in their check in and check out procedures and love our dogs almost as much as they LOVE going to Dogtopia.

Flexibility and spa services for our two cocker spaniels. It is great to be able to call and get the boys into the afternoon or on a weekend if something pops up. It is also nice to have the option to get them bathed while at play camp.

In addition, the people are great to work with!

Rusty always is tired out but happy. All employees are not only courteous but helpful. The latter is very important to me. I've been too many place that people act like they could care less about your business!

That he comes home tired. He stays acclimated to dog socializing.

Staff

People that greet us and our dog are always so pleasant and instantly know who our pup is. They are always very reliable, quickly fix anything that may not be right, like groomer not being there, (only happened once). Our dog immediately goes back with the person and I think if he was somehow mistreated there, we would see it in his mannerisms. Our vet recommended Dogtopia to us and I trust him tremendously.
