My dog loves going and is tired when she returns. It makes us feel good dropping her off when we have to leave town because we know she's having a great time!

I feel truly Blessed, to have my 2 dogs, attending a daycare, were the staff, Loves them as much as I do. Christina, Sue, Kathleen, Brandon, and all the rest of the staff, are so Friendly, Patience, and Kind. Morgan and Marty, absolutely Love them, and attending Daycare at Dogtopia.

Very friendly staff, clean facility, very welcoming atmosphere, the dogs seem to enjoy themselves, and you can tell the staff really loves the doggies!

The dogs seem to enjoy visiting at all times. They never shy away from the door and in fact run towards it.

We like that they know our dog's name when he comes and they seem to really care about him. We like that once they came out to get the dog from the car when we were dropping off early morning. That curb side service was extremely nice!

Lots of personnel to meet all of the needs. However, I need to say a couple of things. I asked for our dogs to be bathed and toenails clipped before we picked them up and you forgot. Also, and more importantly, your staff forgot that Pepper's food (she also had dried food) was in the refrigerator, so she didn't get this food and lost weight. I know this because I asked for the food from the refrigerator and it was almost the same -- or the same -- as I brought. In the future, I will only bring one type of food. I will bring my dogs there again as I like your operaton. I just hope you're more careful in the future.

Our dog had not been for a while and I had my vet send over updated vaccinations but it took over a day for someone to get back with me that my dog was good to go. I think they were very busy so I understand but Dogtopia missed out on a day I wanted to bring him. No big deal. I can see why you are busy. Just feedback.

Dogs are happy and engaged while with you, staff is friendly and genuinely seems to care about the dogs.

The best way to know if things are good is to see if Gobi wants to go to daycare. Wagging her tail when she sees staff, etc. So I think it's the staff that is terrific. She also does not smell like pee when she comes out of daycare - a sure sign of a clean and well maintained facility.
