The amount of people on staff for the dogs, that someone greets you when you drop the dogs off, they know the names of the dogs, can have their nails trimmed and can schedule grooming. Dog of the week:)

The staff is very friendly and helpful. My dog always comes back happy. He doesn't even blink an eye to leave me. He loves going to play and stay.
Our dog always comes home tired and happy. And when we come for the next visit, she is very excited when she sees where we are going.
However, the relatively new shortened weekend hours for drop-off and pick-up are causing us to look for a new doggie daycare. In the past we have liked to use the services when we have all day Saturday or Sunday events for our daughter. We prefer not to drop off the night before because we need drop off by 7am or cause the dog to spend the night at the end of the day because we cannot get back by 4:30-5:00pm.
Friendly service, I love the web cams and the TVs in the lobby to watch my dogs, I appreciate that you want to screen the dogs in the interview process before letting in any dog - I know my dogs are safe, and I appreciate that my dogs are exhausted when I get them home :)
