Client Testimonials
We love the personal attention. We never worry about our family members when they are there.
We are new clients, but have used a dog daycare in the past with a prior dog. We were thrilled and impressed that a Dogtopia employee came out to the car to pick up our dog in the morning. It made drop off a breeze!
Easy drop off and pick up
Staff seems to really enjoy my dog Elroy
Friendly staff.
Half days, boarding, puppy cam
Very helpful
Wrigley loves coming to play at Dogtopia! She starts barking halfway to your facility from the excitement!
The amount of people on staff for the dogs, that someone greets you when you drop the dogs off, they know the names of the dogs, can have their nails trimmed and can schedule grooming. Dog of the week:)
Clean and caring towards the animals
Friendly, personal, clean, affordable and nice facility
Staff friendly.they do great things
Friendliness, professional services, and my dog is always happy and well cared for.
I love that our dogs are exhausted when they come home. When I have checked the webcams they seem to be very active and having fun
Friendly staff, and webcams.
The people there are the best - they always greet our doggies by name
Everyone is very friendly and Dexter always seems happy to be there.
friendly staff, and plenty of them! Dogs all look happy.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. My dog always comes back happy. He doesn't even blink an eye to leave me. He loves going to play and stay.
Our dog always comes home tired and happy. And when we come for the next visit, she is very excited when she sees where we are going.
However, the relatively new shortened weekend hours for drop-off and pick-up are causing us to look for a new doggie daycare. In the past we have liked to use the services when we have all day Saturday or Sunday events for our daughter. We prefer not to drop off the night before because we need drop off by 7am or cause the dog to spend the night at the end of the day because we cannot get back by 4:30-5:00pm.
Friendly service, I love the web cams and the TVs in the lobby to watch my dogs, I appreciate that you want to screen the dogs in the interview process before letting in any dog - I know my dogs are safe, and I appreciate that my dogs are exhausted when I get them home :)
Everything except that it is getting harder to get Yoshi in there:)
he /We love it very much!!
Great people. Clean facilities. Organized. Gobi loves going there.
The separate areas for small dogs, the staff and the webcams.
have everything I want for my dog
Such caring people!!
The webcams, the extended hours, and there are plenty of staff to take care of the dogs
It seems that you care about your clients and pets, plus your facility appears clean. It would be awesome if your pricing for boarding combined with dog care/play was a bit lower. Maybe offer some type of combo package pricing that helps reduce the cost of multiple days.
The dogs look like they are always having fun playing with each other and I like being able to see Lucy throughout the day on my phone:-)
Friendly, clean, relatively affordable, nice spaces for dogs
Ability to understand different dog personalities.
