It seems that you care about your clients and pets, plus your facility appears clean. It would be awesome if your pricing for boarding combined with dog care/play was a bit lower. Maybe offer some type of combo package pricing that helps reduce the cost of multiple days.
The dogs look like they are always having fun playing with each other and I like being able to see Lucy throughout the day on my phone:-)

The friendliness of the staff and the way they are willing to help and accommodate needs as best they can. My dog loves the people and enjoys her time - they do more than just let them play - they interact with them, take pictures. They treat them like family.

Your staff is always friendly and all seem to genuinely like my dog. My dog seems to follow the staff more than interact with other dogs, so I appreciate them paying attention to him.
Everything! The staff is very professional, competent, attentive to the needs of the dogs as well as the humans! I have been bringing Rocket to Dogtopia for more than 2 years and I could not ask for a better place for him. He is very socialized and active at the facility. He is so excited when I pull into the parking, there has been a time or two when he was ready to jump out the window to get inside!
