The weights and the track.

I like the indoor walking track . My grand kids come for the summer and they get the guest membership . They throughly enjoy Pickle Ball , badminton , basketball and the Jim ,

Great yoga and Pilates classes, track is now better managed (though track user safety etiquette instruction and safety signage needs improvement),clean facilities, safe overall, great residents and friendly staff

Love the track, the equipment, the gyms, and the recreational activities! It's a great place for friends and family to come together, and an excellent place for Allen teams to practice team sports.

It is very clean and well maintained. There's plenty of parking and the equipment is in working order.

My son attended the Knight chess camp. He really enjoyed the camp itself and the opportunity for indoor play-breaks on the playground.

I enjoyed my experience overall. The one thing I am not happy with is the fact fact that my 12 year-old-child who looks like a 16-year-old is now not allowed to workout with us upstairs. This rule started after we registered with the facility. Not happy with this at all. I see kids up there that look like they are 9 years of age going through the walk-through which should not even be touching a weight due to size and yet my daughter who is athletic and having amother who is a trainer is not allowed to work out with us. That is frustrating.

The equipment options are great and everyone at the front desk is very welcoming.

I would like to see them open at 4:30am on the weekdays as I am always waiting for them to open at 5am which makes it tough to get in a full workout before needing to head to work downtown.

I think there should be a chance to get kids below 13 to work out at the gym if e g physical therapy is needed.

I like the facility. It's new and has a lot to offer its members. Please bring back Floorball!

It’s clean, has a wide range of fitness options, is well maintained and the hours are convenient. I really like Stephen Terrell Recreation Center and go as often as possible!

We have a family membership and like being able to take my son to the kids club while I work out and to have an indoor place to play when it’s too hot or cold to play outside.

Suggestion:

I would like it if the membership came with guest passes similar to Lifetime (1 per month) so you we could do play dates on the playground. Most friends feel the day rate is too expensive since they have to pay for both the child and adult. It’s also good exposure for the facility so people can see what a great place it is to be a member.
