Love the gym. Mostly all the cardio equipment, plus the indoor walking trail.

I love the facility… The classes are great and I appreciate that the equipment is clean and well maintained.

The one thing that I would love is if we could have room downstairs to do weights. As a woman, I do not feel comfortable lifting weights upstairs and would rather have privacy in one of the group exercise rooms. I understand there’s hesitancy due to equipment loss, but I can assure you that’s not from a middle-aged woman!! There is not really any space upstairs to be able to use the lighter weights that are available in the group classroom without being in the middle of the workout area.

Very clean and there are always towels available. Also, everyone is very friendly.

Great location. Kids enjoy getting together at Stephen Terrell Rec Center to do sports with friends.

It’s pretty reasonably priced and allows me to walk in all kinds of weather.

The equipment is well maintained and every staff member is always friendly and courteous!!

Love the variety of classes offered. I wish there were even more throughout the day. Also if you could open a coffeeshop, I think you would do great sales!

It's a wonderful facility. I rated it 9 instead of 10 because there are too many children there for me.

I have used a personal trainer and we used the strength training equipment on the second floor.

I have also attended a few group exercise classes.

I'm a new member so I'm just learning about the center and how it might meet my fitness needs.

love the indoor pickleball courts. the gym equipment is top notch. towels are awesome.

Fantastic facility, new and excellent equipment with a fabulous indoor walking track. Well trained and welcoming staff. Very clean and safe environment for kids and family alike. Enough courts for Pickel ball, basketball etc. have family membership for past 16 months and have no complaints. There is flexibility to pause membership if need be with a small fee which is a great facility to have. There are many training and other programs organized which are easy to register for and at reasonable rates.

The only reason for 9 is that we don’t have tennis courts and cost of clubbing membership with Natatorium for swimming is very expensive and should be revised to the 2024 rate slabs.

Yes great center

The Stephen Terrell facility in Allen is a "state-of-the-art" facility. I LOVE the indoor play-ground for the children. Plenty of seating around for parents to be close by, working on laptops or just conversing with each other, while keeping an eye on their children. I enjoyed watching the children having fun.

Personally, I love the indoor walking/running track, I'm not a fan of the heat, so walking indoors was perfect for me. The exercise equipment is also great.

This facility has meeting rooms, party rooms, etc. I love this facility!
