I like the 2 hours of childcare that is included in the membership. Allows me to get a workout while the children enjoy. I also really like tree house setup that is a lot of fun for the kids

I love this rec center and the many adult fitness classes they offer.
I just wish the pickleball courts had more availability. It seems that they are always being used by leagues

great staff, great building. the play area is the best.
I would like:
- paths to get through the parking converging to the front doors. we are not going to go around the long way to get to the only existing pedestrian way.
Currently wading through plants. I feel bad for the plants and my 3 yo gets slapped in the face by the plants.
- a work out area for people who use videos. I need a place to set a mat and have lighter weights nearby. Right now there is just the one little corner of the walkway. and if I need two sets of weights I have to carry them all the way across the gym in two trips.

Quality machines and equipment in the fitness center. Appreciate the outdoor deck with sleds and straps for alternative resistance training options.

Fitness opportunities, area for children to play and the court availability.

The facilities are always clean and maintained. I love the indoor track and the wide variety of weight equipment.

Good classes, facility is clean, friendly front desk, clean towels.

Just in general…. Feels better than most gyms… well kept, professional, etc. Also, I like that it is a community thing… a regular gym, even if square in the middle of Allen , is not going to have any community spirit. This facility and others, make me proud to be living in Allen.

The room is too small, not enough bikes, claustrophobic.
We were in the bigger room and I understand some of the desire to manage to half size of what it was, but sadly, you took it TOO FAR.
And you left the taken room 'way under utilized' so I don't see the benefit of the decision made in reality.
We need a bigger room a bit more bikes.
And would like to see utilization o the other room which Belly Dancing can't be taking up all that space. :). Just saying.

Clean, we'll maintained, many resources to use ...from the exercise equipment, to basketball courts to the kids play area.

The architecture is great too, given how much natural light comes in and keeps it bright.

I like the classes provided such as cycling. I like the amount of machines available such as treadmills. I like the high standards of maintenance and cleanliness of everything inside the building.
