I go at least once a week and sometimes even more. I drive past several theaters to get to The Grand 18. Been doing so for years.

Every IMAX experience has been top-notch - pristine image and sound, cleanliness of the theater and facilities, great staff. I had to cancel recent reservations, because my companion couldn't make the screening. The means by which I canceled my tickets was quick and easy!

The staff were all really kind and the facility was clean. The seats in the theater weren’t in great shape. Concessions were good and the movie itself played well without issues.

Great sound, comfortable seats, good selection of new and older movies. I especially love seeing the special screenings of older movies there.

Nothing matches the IMAX experience. The sound is fabulous. It is what brings me to this theater even though it is a bit of a drive. The seating is perfectly spaced and reclining is nice. Plenty of room for people to get out and back in without disruption. Seats do need a refurb as they are getting worn and starting to peel.

I like the Santikos in WsNc because they have imax and the staff is friendly. Sometimes they have free posters and I like that. Pretty chill spot. Been on a couple first dates here. Nothing worse than running into your ex haha. Overall good theatre. Prefer it over the AMC on Hanes mall. That place is alright too no hate.
