I was very disappointed after purchasing the tickets online for my husband, granddaughter and myself and charged a $5.85 a convenience fee! There were no matinee or senior available. I’m addition, there are no kids meal prices. After purchases of two popcorns, a small slushee a drink and 2 candles the grand total was $100. The theater was not clean and the chair was broken and did not recline. We will NOT return!!

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The screens are clean and not damaged. I’m thrilled they are replaying films that are Oscar potentials as right now. The $5 movie Tuesday is the best with discounted drinks and popcorn.

What did you like about your Santikos experience?

The theatre was clean and the employees efficient and friendly. I wanted to change my reserved seat and this was done quickly for me. I would definitely go back to The Grand Winston-Salem to see a movie.

I like the chairs. The food is okay. The movies are great. That's my go to when I want to see a movie.

The theatre was fine. For the life of me I could not locate popcorn on the menu. There were so many other things on it. No big deal.
I wish the app worked better. There should be a QR to scan for if I was to purchase food it gives me points. How about making an order from the app then I could run out pick it up.

Fun entertainment for the whole family.
Brand new movies every week and I like the nights when you play older movies has a anastogic feel to em. The arcade is nice area for teens. Food is a little expensive but that hot dog and pizza is so good 😊

Excellent seating and experience! My only thing was the popcorn was cold and had too many kernels, and my movie showing was at 7:30pm.

Lady checking tickets was very nice and seats in theatre were very comfortable. The problem with most theaters is poor seating and not enough room to stretch out, this theatre solves that problem.
