Great theatre with very nice reclining seats, clean and some of the best pizza anywhere!

Comfortable seats with a good view from every seat. Popcorn was fresh and hot. Movie environment was perfect. Great viewing and great sound!

I like to recline in the seats, but on several visits some of our seats didn’t recline. Quite a few seats in Theatre 10 at Winston Salem have worn out material on the seats too. We used to get the Kids Snack of popcorn and drink and gummy candy. That went up in price , then disappeared off the menu.

Everything was very clean and I liked being able to buy online and have the ticket right on my phone. I didn’t have to go to a kiosk or buy my ticket at the window. I wish it didn’t cost extra to do this though.

Manager solved a problem without making us ask. It has plenty of screens available.

We love to visit the Grand 18 on Tuesdays when the tickets are on sale as well as popcorn and drinks. The staff was friendly, and the theater was clean.

I liked the temp, the popcorn was average, but the sound was too loud. I almost had to leave because of it. I don't know if that was just that particular movie but even my mother in law said it was too loud.

Theater was clean, chairs are comfortable and still fully operational. There's plenty of room so you don't feel crowded even in a full theater.

It was a seamless process- from purchasing ticket online through getting to the appropriate screen. It was a clean environment and the snacks were good.

It's a fun adventure to check out your latest and flash back movies. You also have a Tuesday event that saves you money on concession. Spacious theaters and bathrooms.

There was almost no one there, so I didn't have to deal with disruptive kids or loud audience members.

Good prices, always seats available, they care about military veterans. But when I saw cuckoo on opening weekend they had the heat cranked up so high I was sweating the whole film. Still gave it four stars on Letterboxd though. It’s my local theatre I’m there at least once a week!
