Everything! We've been coming here for years with great experiences each time. An easily accessible parking lot with abundant parking. A website that's easy to navigate for ticket purchases and seat selection (the best feature ever!), welcoming staff, spacious lobby and the theaters themselves- we love them. As a movie lover, The Grand is one of our happy places. 🎬🌠🎬

Seats are comfy but I hate the kiosks. I don’t want to interact with a computer . It didn’t work anyway!

The people were very friendly and greeted us throughout each stage of our experience. The reclining chairs were comfortable. My only issue is that as a handicapped person who uses a rollator, I had to walk a long distance to get to my seat and the ramp going up to the seating area is fairly steep. I typically enjoy going to the AMC theater because the handicap seating is in the rear of the theater and much easier to get to. But for the most part, it was a very pleasant experience.

The theater is clean and has a good variety of movies. Staff was helpful. The only thing that I wish you would do is accept cash. I hate having a lot of small charges on my card. One for the ticket, one for concessions. I would prefer to pay cash.

I do like that there are more selections in movies availible as well as the food selection and candy. I only wish for there to be a cash usage option as there are some inconveniences in card only. Although alcohol is not my main priority there is not much to choose from or to make simply remove the entire option for alcohol.

I am very happy with the reasonable prices, especially on Tuesdays! I love how well things are being cared for and the easier to use online interface. The refund policy is especially nice for us older citizens. Thank you!
