I had a small issue we watched a film and the chair got stuck in recline and then the seats rubbed off on our clothes. I reached out in a survey and someone actually apologized to me and sent us free tickets. I thought that was very kind! He also told me the seats were going to be replaced, they were rubbing off bc of cleaners used in Covid.

The refreshments are very good, everybody are very nice with a smile and it's very clean, the theater is clean, and you can collect reward points and use it when ever you want to and also the reclining chairs is very good.

I like to recline in the seats, but on several visits some of our seats didn’t recline. Quite a few seats in Theatre 10 at Winston Salem have worn out material on the seats too. We used to get the Kids Snack of popcorn and drink and gummy candy. That went up in price , then disappeared off the menu.

Everything was very clean and I liked being able to buy online and have the ticket right on my phone. I didn’t have to go to a kiosk or buy my ticket at the window. I wish it didn’t cost extra to do this though.

Manager solved a problem without making us ask. It has plenty of screens available.

We love to visit the Grand 18 on Tuesdays when the tickets are on sale as well as popcorn and drinks. The staff was friendly, and the theater was clean.

I liked the temp, the popcorn was average, but the sound was too loud. I almost had to leave because of it. I don't know if that was just that particular movie but even my mother in law said it was too loud.
