Good customer service
They always notify us when they are on their way, are always polite, friendly and thorough. We have only had one ant invasion since we have used HomeShield and it was addressed immediately. That's really saying something since our whole neighborhood seems to be built on an ant hill.

Sergio from HomeShield is wonderful! He’s always professional and considerate. I have dogs and he contacts me upon arrival to make sure none of the escape artists have an opportunity to run away. Perhaps more importantly I can let him know that the dogs are inside and he can do his job without interference.

Customer Service is great! Technicians are great. I’ve been a loyal customer for 5+ years and counting. Ive tried several pest control companies and Homeshield customer service and quality of the pesticides are superior to the others. I’ve had no problems with insects/pests.. And if I should any issues at all they will be out to service the same week!
