"So far, so good"! I scored you @ "9" because the pest control effort is just getting started.
Abraham Rodriguez was great and he brought the contract which I signed and made a copy plus the yellow carbon copy.
The contract did not have the service schedule filled in or the payment schedule.
As discussed, we are quite concerned about the condition of the property to the west of us since it appears to be a "total tear down"
Re. the block below about sharing our name, we'd appreciate waiting for a few months on this.
