Abraham Rodriguez was great and he brought the contract which I signed and made a copy plus the yellow carbon copy.

The contract did not have the service schedule filled in or the payment schedule.

As discussed, we are quite concerned about the condition of the property to the west of us since it appears to be a "total tear down"

HomeShield does a great job at controlling our pests and Juan, our technician, communicates before and after each application to make sure that we are getting the best pest control that we can.

I have been very satisfied with the results and the courtesy of the workers. My only wish would be that they give a few days notice because l have multiple units and l need to inform residents of there time schedule.
