They are very professional; they described the issues and clearly described the options available for us to choose. We also opted for the insulation replacement, which was supposed to be a one-day job. One of their machines broke down partway through, and they were very apologetic and managed to reschedule for the next day in the morning, which is all we could ask for. Also, it's very easy to call their main line and speak to a knowledgeable representative without wasting a lot of time.
Abraham, the technician who came for the rework in the yard, was professional, flexible, and very courteous.
