The specialist showed up on time, explained what he was going to do, and was very efficient in his work. He asked whether we had pets and since we do, he modified the treatment to be safer for them. He even offered to clear spider webs around our house which I did not expect for an ant treatment.

All of the service people are professional and do a diligent job. They are very receptive to my feedback on what new issues may have developed since their last visit and they take action accordingly. For example, I recently mentioned that we have been having an issue with mosquitoes in the summer months and Homeshield immediately responded by calling me back to inform me of the specialized mosquito treatment that I could add to my regular service. I was very surprised on their responsiveness and attention to my needs. I would also like to point out that we definitely have an immediate notice of the treatment and are very pleased with not having to worry about getting attacked by mosquitoes in our backyard any more.

Good service. The technician explained the process and what kind of chemicals were used.
1. Your associates are knowledgeable, friendly and if for some reason they forgot to check something, they come the same day back and complete the quarterly check up.
2. I appreciate the fact that you let me know when you are coming so that I can notify my tenants ahead of time and they can keep their pets indoors until the pest service is complete.
3. I very much like your policy to keep my mosquito service dormant at present. John gave me the option to call and activate it as I see necessary during the summer months. Due to budget considerations he also gave me a discount for the mosquito service which was greatly appreciated.
Here are the main points that stand out:
1. Very responsive; calls are answered quickly and they can schedule someone to come out very shortly.
2. The office staff are all local; they answer the phones quickly and I never have any issues understanding what they say. They are very friendly and accommodating.
