It was a great experience I ordered some Rough Country upper control arm caps and the shipper was not giving me updates so I called the rough country's customer service and they resent the caps for the upper control arms with no problem very pleased with the excellent customer service response

Great quality, looks great. Installation was fairly easy. Some issues with the rails had to readjust a few times to get the correct width.
Panels are solid. Looks very good
As an improvement, I would add a little rubber flap to the tailgate end so it rests on the top of the tailgate.
The video was helpful and the self installation went well. Just a little over 1 hour as I was taking my time.
Wife approved this addition to her Lil Red Ranger.
