Although I received some obviously used but uninstalled fender flares, which did not have the plastic protection film on them and had less than half of the hardware…RC quickly shipped me a new set of fender flares without requiring return of the first set I received.
I wasn’t thrilled about the ordeal but I will sell the “like new” set I received and make most of my money back essentially getting these fender flares for a fraction of the cost.
It’s a 2015 Silverado so I’m not seeking perfection and this ordeal will free up more budget to do additional modifications so I’m happy with the service and quick correction to their mistake. Mistakes happen and I would highly recommend them in the future. I will be ordering from RC again. Thanks team
