I originally ordered the black hood scoop for my ‘24 Tacoma before I realized they have ones that match the paint on my truck. I had to return the black one at Fed Ex, the customer service guys were very helpful at Rough Country with the process. I haven’t received the new one yet, so we’ll have to see after I receive it.
Prices for the items that I particularly bough look very high quality and overall look very sturdy and I am overall satisfied with my purchase. Now I did have an issue with the shipping of the items but I talked to a support team from rough country and they were able to fix the shipping issue. Very happy that I can finally start installing the parts l I ordered from rough country with that being said I will consider making future orders.

Easy to use online guide for finding products and ordering. Fender flares are a quality product that fits correctly and improves the looks of my truck. The extra spent for color match was well worth it. I came up 2 clips short on installation but the hardware store should have them.
So price was cheaper then other places. Shipping was fast. Directions giving to put cover on was okay to understand. But one part came in warped/bent but the box got a little mashed on the delivered.
It was fast and convenient. I didn't have to create a new account.
