I just bought a new truck so I have been ordering a lot of stuff. All of my deliveries from RC came correct. I know that sounds like an expectation but I will get more into that later.. All of the packages I received from RC came quick and could not have been packaged any better. All new, study RC boxes and top notch inside package to make sure nothing was damaged, from a small tailgate assist to my running boards. Everything was packaged individually even the running boards separate from the mounting hardware. Obviously their website is great with all of the instructional videos and easy to navigate. RC has earned my business for obviously being experienced and care about customer service. I can really appreciate this because too many companies today think of customer service as a liability not an asset. If you are ordering truck parts I would HIGHLY recommend RC. I had placed an order with American Truck for an F150 bedcover they shipped me Fender Flares for an older chevy PU. I get mistakes happen but now I had to fill paperwork and photo document the package I received and I have to bring it to the shipper. American Truck takes 3 days to review (whether you can return the item after reviewing the paperwork and photos then after they receive the package back it takes 7-10 business days for the refund. American Truck also has no CS number to call you have to Chat with a Bot or Email them. I am thankful for RC being the solid company they are.
