It was easy to order online and I received my shipment within 3 days!! I wanted to upload pictures showing the cover and running boards on my new truck but there's no feature that will allow me. Also, Rough Country had recommendations for local garages that install their products and I used one of their recommendations, Truck'n America in Laurel, MD.

Rough County ordering process is great. Some descriptions on the site could be better. Products are high quality. Return process is less than desirable. I had a return that took about 21 days to complete. It did finally complete, but I was wanting to reorder and felt I needed to wait until the return was complete to reorder.
