After receiving my cover via Fed Ex, there were numerous punctures in the cardboard box. I called Rough Country and was assured that if there was any damage to my cover they would send out another cover. 5 stars. Fortunately there wasn't any damage to the vinyl top, simply a small nick on one of the cross bars. I provided pics in an email. Will find out tomorrow when I install the cover, if the nick was part of greater damage. I believe that it will be ok
