I think the guy who helped us was named Austin. He was great. I bought a bed cover for my husband for Christmas and when he went to install it there was a broken piece. Expecting the return process to be a pain but Austin walked us through it all. He was very kind and informative. We didn’t intend on buying a replacement but because he was so kind we went ahead and ordered again.
I will say with the initial order I was told there would be a military discount and then when I called back to make the order another man said I had been misinformed (he wasn’t very polite). Wasn’t as much about the discount but the way he approached it. I do wish the military discount extended to all parts but oh well.

Prices are great I hope the products are great too! I used a rough country leveling kit years ago on my f150 without issue. I hope to “build out” my Tacoma with rough country products and I hope they preform just as well. The only thing I didn’t like is the shipping time. It says most orders are delivered in 3 days or less and mine has been 7 days and still hasn’t show up. Im in Montana about as far away from your warehouse as I could be but was planning a trip so I was hoping to take my truck.

FedEx dropped the ball on shipping. Was due for delivery Friday. They're saying they couldn't deliver due to a "damaged barcode." Pretty lame excuse but not Rough Country's fault.
