They guys did a fantastic job. We had 2 problems in our house. Ants and Spiders invaded our home. After the visit I did not see a single ant from the next day. We also had a mouse problem and the traps that were setup worked perfectly.

PROMPT SETUP

We had an ant problem that was quickly going from irritating to overwhelming and within 24 hours the treatment that HomeShield provided had already worked sending the ants back outside and away from our laundry, kitchen, bathrooms and garage. It was fabulous. Our two dogs were safe and there was no odor from the product used.

Homeshield's technician was friendly and professional. He was careful to secure my home after he completed the task. And the treatment had a big impact on the flea population around and inside the building. Their numbers crashed after Homeshield arrived to the rescue!

I like being notified when they are going to be there. They are very professional and through. I definitely do recommend them.

Great communication…I had an 8-12pm window and Marcus, the pest professional, emailed me at 8am to let me know that he would arrive at noon. So I didn’t have to waste a few hours waiting around. When Marcus arrived and looked at my pest issue, he knew right away that I had carpenter bees. The issue has been taken care of and I couldn’t be happier with the straightforward and honest approach to my pest problem.

The tech was a little late but kept us informed of that. He was very professional when he did the work and answered any question we had.

I already submitted a review but here it is again! I find this review process a bit cumbersome. I appreciate the service Home Shield provides however you might revisit the review process and tipping staff.

Technicians were very thorough and took the time to explain the process.
The only negative would be the cost, which I think is too high.
