I'm so glad that you're sending this survey. I don't have a Google account and very much want this review to get to the right person/department. Last Saturday we had an employee by the name of Frank Martinez service our home for ants. Frank was very informative and took the time to explain the why behind our issues, what to expect and was extremely patient and thorough.
The company was able to squeeze us in especially during the holiday weekend which was much appreciated.
I am a Vice President of Human Resources and know how challenging the talent pool is currently.
I truly hope that Frank is recognized and acknowledged because employees who care and take the time to do their job correctly are very rare.

Flexible scheduling, knowledgeable technicians, clear explanations, effective treatment. A week and a half after the first visit for little black ants, the ants were still busy in and around the dishwasher although less numerous. The company easily scheduled a re-visit (included in the contract) and the technician spent an hour at no charge performing a treatment focused on the kitchen and washer, keeping us informed as to what he was doing and why. This has been our first experience with the company, and we're impressed and satisfied with the work they do and how they do it. High marks all around!
