Last Saturday we had an employee by the name of Frank Martinez service our home for ants. Frank was very informative and took the time to explain the why behind our issues, what to expect and was extremely patient and thorough.
The company was able to squeeze us in especially during the holiday weekend which was much appreciated.
I am a Vice President of Human Resources and know how challenging the talent pool is currently.
I truly hope that Frank is recognized and acknowledged because employees who care and take the time to do their job correctly are very rare.
