Starting with Ben, the inspection technician, all the way down to the fumigation team, HomeShield did a great job. I had another inspector come and just take my word that I had termites because I had seen termite droppings. Ben went the extra distance and actually poked and prodded my eaves and other exterior wood outcroppings and found additional damage.
Dario performed the repair work, on a very tall second story eave I might add. I later checked on the repair job and was satisfied with the work. I had leftover paint from a previous job, and Dario used that to finish painting three areas that needed repair work. I also checked the eaves where the damage was repaired with bondo and it seemed ok.
Finally, the team that came to perform the fumigation did the job to my satisfaction. They completed fumigation on top, and was respectful of the property.
Carlos is thourogh, and essplains evrything to me. He does more than I expect!
