Your company was the only one of three that I reached out to who was willing to even come out for a quote of my problem, and even though it was not a typical pest treatment, you were willing to work with me to come to an agreeable solution. I also appreciate the text updates when your field operatives are en route. So far, you've far exceeded my expectations at every encounter (and I've had some really bad customer service experiences in the past, so my expectations at this point are pretty low). But I feel your company is setting a new bar. I had not anticipated needing your annual service before, but it's something I may consider going forward for the long term. Thank you! Great job!

I’ve had other services that don’t notify you when they’re coming so I would constantly miss the service. Homeshield calls and text so you know they’re coming plus they respond immediately if you text them back if you have an issue with the day. Our service tech Michael is great, I am really happy with homeshield.

Alex always texts before arriving so we can make sure the gate is open and pets are away. He treats our property and us with respect and does a good job.
