Everything has been such a pleasant experience with HomeShield! The technicians explain the process thoroughly and the results speak for themselves! I’ve been dealing with a roach infestation for months and tried everything the Internet suggested until I couldn’t anymore. Homeshield got rid of the roaches after 2 visits as promised. It’s been great!

Same technician each month. Calls ahead several days ahead to let know day of service & call from tech about 20’ before arrival on day of service. Also no pests or rodents!! Carlos the technician is super nice & friendly as well.
