I like that I can reschedule a service to a time and day that works best with my schedule. The tech, Michael is fast, efficient, listens to my concerns and is respectful of my property. If I ever have a need, I know the person taking my call will be courteous, knowledgeable and helpful.

The rep is always very polite and friendly. I was not home at this visit so I left my gate unlocked so he was able to access my patio to treat. When I came home I could see the wet areas where it had been sprayed. Ants in CA can be so annoying and once my neighbor gets them sometimes they will migrate to my house but it is kept under control with the spraying. I haven't had any problems with ants in the house since I started using Home Shield. Thank God. They will also come out if I have any ant issues inbetween treatments.

The rodent service is excellent. Haven't had any trace of mice since the very first visit. Mosquitoes love me. I'm always on the menu. I had no idea they could be controlled, but Homeshield took care of them.

I have a dedicated tech who knows my property and my pest control needs. He is always on time, makes sure I know he is on my property and makes sure I know when he is done with that month's treatment.
The company in general is great. I had a very severe rat infestation as well as termites in spots. It took a year to completely clear up how the rats were entering my attic space, but these guys did it! I couldn't be happier.
