Home Shield obviously had some tech issues on the day on my last service. I hope they have been addressed. Also your on hold music was very inappropriate that day. Your staff was very professional and polite with my concerns.
Reliable technicians, excellent service
I chose Hone Shield because they use non-toxic herbs as pesticides. I have been using Home Shield services for about 5 years. Before using their services my place was overrun with ants and silverfish. I have seen maybe 10 ants since beginning their services and zero silverfish.
Their service technicians are courteous and thorough. I give them my highest recommendation.
